Whether you're sending a gift or treating yourself, we'll be happy to ship items anywhere in the US and Canada. You may choose your preferred carrier at checkout. When your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email notification from Oxbeau which will include a tracking number. Simply click on the number to be redirected to a status page. To our suprise, we have learned not all packages are scanned by the shipping carrier therefore, your status page may state the label has been created but not in route when it is actually on its way.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] or call us 901.746.8067 and provide us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Once your package leaves our store it is the responsibility of the carrier chosen at checkout. If the status page states your package has been delivered but it is nowhere to be found, you may file a claim with the shipping carrier by going to their webisite and completing the claim form. Please keep in mind during the peak holiday season thousands of packages are processed and unforseeable delays occur.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Oxbeau. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready. Please call us at 901.746.8067 if you have any special requests such as having your item(s) gift wrapped or making changes to your order.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 - 6 on Monday - Friday and 10 - 5 on Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
